This is the Best Ever Peanut Butter Banana French Toast! Thick pieces of King's Hawaiian bread sandwiched between peanut butter swirls and banana slices, topped with a crunch peanut butter cereal coating!



INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Slices King's Hawaiian Bread or Texas Toast
  • ½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Medium Bananas, sliced in ½ inch pieces
  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Peanut Butter Cereal, crushed (I used Peanut Butter Captain Crunch)
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Coconut or Maple Syrup for serving

Ingredients 450ml double cream 2 tblsp icing sugar 350g fresh strawberries 175g caster sugar 1 tsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp cornflour 3 egg whites (at room temperature) 150g dark chocolate Instructions First,Preheat your oven to 140°C (275°F) (Gas Mark 1).
