Ingredients

Cake:
  • 2½ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup softened Butter (cut in 1 tbsp pieces)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ⅔ cup Buttermilk (or ⅔ cup Milk + 1 tsp White Vinegar)

Filling:
  • 1¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Crumb Topping:
  • 1 cup cold Butter (cut in 1 tbsp pieces)
  • 2¼ cup Flour
  • 1½ tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
